I wish to commend Maria and Joe for their outstanding work performing a chimney sweep. I almost did not want to use my wood stove afterwards because it looked so great. They were meticulous and careful in every regard, exercising safety on the roof on a cold, foggy morning, capturing all dust and ash, and leaving the stove perfectly clean, centered and aligned at the fireplace. I am very confident that I will be burning wood safely and efficiently this winter. Finally, Maria and Joe were very courteous and friendly. it was a pleasure to welcome them in my home.

Love this place and the absolutely awesome customer service! This is an honest company and everyone I've encountered there is personable and professional. They came today to clean my chimney and such and did their job while working around my dog. And as they finished up and were leaving made it a point to pet my cat! Anyone in the Loudoun, VA area looking for service, a new wood or pellet stove and I'm sure a multitude of other related items, this place cannot be beat!

Rusty and co did a great job helping us figure out what stove to get and installing it. Rusty was really patient with us through all our changing fireplace plans, and everyone helped out when I needed extra info on specs. Rusty and team even came out twice to complete the install when it was necessary to break it up (drop the liner one day, install another).

I work with a lot of tradespeople and contractors, and it is rare to find a business where all the employees are helpful, professional and seem to be actually enjoying their work. Have already recommended them to several people and will definitely be calling then back for stove cleanings and maintenance.

We have received fantastic service from Rusty’s Fire Place and Chimney over the last couple of years! We sought their help with the design and installation of a custom fireplace door and also with the purchase and assembly of a Big Green Egg ceramic grill. They are tremendously knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch! When there was a manufacturing problem with the fireplace door, Rusty came to the house personally to ensure that the issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction and with minimal inconvenience to us. We highly recommend these folks!
