We have received fantastic service from Rusty’s Fire Place and Chimney over the last couple of years! We sought their help with the design and installation of a custom fireplace door and also with the purchase and assembly of a Big Green Egg ceramic grill. They are tremendously knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch! When there was a manufacturing problem with the fireplace door, Rusty came to the house personally to ensure that the issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction and with minimal inconvenience to us.
